Refund policy

Shipping Costs:

Orders are shipped usually within 48 hours after payment is received. Most packages are shipped by UPS Ground rate or USPS to the United States (7 to 10 days for delivery after package is shipped). Orders up to $25 are $10.00 shipping; orders over $25  qualifies for free shipping. This shipping cost also includes Insurance.

 

Return Policy:

To initiate a return, a Return Authorization (RA) is required. Please contact us to obtain an RA number, which must be clearly stated on the shipping box. Any return package without a valid RA number will not be accepted.
